How to request the removal of your personal data from North AI, including data associated with Facebook Login.

What data does North AI collect through Facebook?

When you sign in to North AI using Facebook Login, we may receive your name, email address, and public profile information. We use this data solely for authentication and to personalise your experience on our platform. North AI does not sell, share, or use your Facebook data for advertising purposes.

How to request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of all data North AI holds about you through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Remove the app from Facebook

Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, find North AI, and click Remove. Facebook will automatically send us a deletion request, and we will purge all data associated with your Facebook user ID.

Option 2: Email us directly

Send an email to privacy@north-ai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your records.

What happens after you request deletion

Once we receive your request, we will delete all personally identifiable data tied to your account within 30 days. This includes your name, email, Facebook user ID, and any session data stored on our servers. You will receive a confirmation code that you can use to check the status of your request. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
