North AI operates the North AI platform, website, and related services, which provide AI-powered simulation, content analysis, and creator intelligence tools.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, company, role), billing data (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), and data from connected platforms under the minimum scopes required (Google/YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok). We also collect device, browser, IP, and log data automatically.

How we use it

We use data to deliver and secure the Service, run simulations, personalise content, send transactional and, with consent, marketing communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use connected-platform data to train foundation models.

Your rights

UK/EEA: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and rights under GDPR. US: state-specific rights including know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information. International transfers

Personal data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA. Where it is, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to safeguard it.

Security and retention

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, and periodic security testing. Account data is retained for the life of the account plus 30 days. OAuth tokens until revoked or 90 days inactive.
